why I can't deploy GPT4 under the subscription gpt4?

hi ~

I have already subscribe gpt4 , but i can't deploy gpt4 to for my openai ? The drop down menu only allow me to choose GPT 3.5? Is that something wrong with my operation ?as shown in Figures User's image

    Could you confirm if you have applied for GPT-4 model using this form https://aka.ms/oai/get-gpt4? Have you got the confirmation as well?
    If you have applied and got it approved, you should be able to see the GPT-4 preview models in the Azure OpenAI studio under deploy models.
