the project owner of email deleted

Hi Support,

Please help me asap. My issue is the project owner of email address deleted by our IT dep. Now they create new email with the last time same email address. I use the same email address but the project don't have in there. Can you change the project owner to me account. My account is member account. I think that way faster way. If possible you side can change the project owner to me, I will details more. If not, how to upload the new account in the existing project. Now our project in azure deveops.
