Net user time not working

Question

Tried using this code in CMD as Admin in English language, but it's not restricting anything and can log in normally.

net user wereh /time:Monday,00:00-01:00;Monday-Friday,16:00-01:00;Saturday,00:00-00:00;Sunday,00:00-00:00
