Sent to sign up for free page when trying to add immersive reader in Azure

Hello,
when trying to configure the Immersive reader in our Azure portal market place, when I select the reader from the resource list I get sent to an Azure Sign up for a free trial web site. No one seems to get the same result and others have had no suggestions that work for me.

Thanks for following up. That is really strange indeed because obviously you already have an Azure account. My recommendation would be to click on the smiley (feedback) icon in Azure portal and submit feedback about this issue. They'd have access to enough info to actually determine the root cause. Since this issue is specific to your environment, I suggest you use the “Help and Support” blade in Azure portal to submit a support request, you will get a faster response that way and they'll have access to your subscription information to investigate further. Sorry for the inconvenience.
