Hello,

I used Power Query to set up a query that consolidates all the files under a OneDrive folder. The query is refreshing without any error for me and my manager (that is the owner of the OneDrive), but other users are getting attached error.

I used Get Data from File - From SharePoint Folder. The other users cannot see any file in the first step of the query where the link is, so I assume this is why the error is appearing.

I checked to see if they are signed in Data Source settings, no issue there, they appear signed in.

I checked the access, we share the same level of the access.

The file, can be open by them and modified and also there are various other queries that have as a source one single excel file, (so the path is different ), not anymore a "folder address" and they can refresh without any issue.

What can I do to make the consolidation refresh by itself or to enable the users to refresh the query by themselves?

I have read about doing a Macro + Power Automate - could`t do that, Power automate not showing me all the folders.

Thank you for your support,

Iuliana

    Hi,

How did you create the connection?

Did you need the authentication login for connecting to SharePoint?

What kind of authentication method did you use?

I suggest you check if the users in the same organization to access the SharePoint.

If you get any error messages when refreshing, please post the error here.

Please be a bit more precise to explain the problem or you can upload a screenshot so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.
