How to Stop Anti Malware Service

Hello. I have a HP Laptop with 4GB RAM and a 1 TB HDD. Whenever I log in, I see my system resource available is 35-40% Memory. Disk transfer rate is 90% (No apps opened and all startups disabled) . However the disk transfer rate comes down , but memory doesn't. Because of the Anti Malware Service. I know well about PC. So I don't need to be protected all time! Rather I need More Memory for smooth experience. I have already tried to stop it with Task Scheduler, Turning Real-Time protection off and Registry editor. But they didn't worked. Is there any way to stop this service?Screenshot (34)

    Yes, by stopping the service.

    Open Windows Service Manager (services.msc), shut-down the related service(s) and set "Starttype" = "Manual"
