Syncro beetwen AD and AAD

In our company there was an Active Directory domain company.local that was synchronized with Azure Active Directory.

Two months ago there was a problem so they had to recreate the company.local domain, the domain users were recreated by hand instead of importing them from Azure.

Now on Azure for the users that existed before the incident there is no ObjectSID and therefore no password synchronization between AD and AzureAD (because in fact the users despite having the same name, have different ObjectSID).

How can I do to reconnect AD and Azure AD users ?
