outlook general email multiple users

Good day

We are a company with 25 ppl

we have 5 general emails in which we can all see/fwd/edit/delete etc

But as soon as one user is deleting an email it deletes it from the specific inbox

Question- can we have 25 ppl using same email address can have dif settings in Outlook app and manage that inbox so that whatever they do /sort it/delete/put labels etc etc they do not affect the general view of that inbox?thank you

    Not really since its one mailbox. Each user may need their own folder to move the message they are working on but if they change it or delete it etc.. the that affects all the users accessing the shared mailbox
