I am using the new outlook version 1.2023.526.100 and the file menu is not anymore visible. I need to backup / export my old mails to create space.

This feature not yet available. The "new" Outlook is very much a work in progress and a great many features are not there yet. These articles are updated as features are added:

    Hi @Michael Munoz ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Agree with Hal Hostetler MVP-Outlook. The "export mail" feature is not available in New Outlook for Windows. It's suggested that you could turn off New Outlook button to switch to Legacy Outlook to use this feature.

To get this feature more quickly, I have found a feedback on the website dedicated to collecting feedback and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the feature may well be released in the future. Thanks for your understanding and support.
