Hello:
I posted a question about my DVD drives not being seen by the system. That has been fixed as I now see the drives in file explorer, however, I have run into another problem, whenever I insert a blank dvd I get the following error message, D: is not accessible, the parameter is incorrect. Further, I get amessage from the drive saying that Windows can't read the disc in D:. When I attempt to go to the drive from the command prompt, I get a message saying incorrect function, can someone please tell me how to fix this new problem, thanks, Allen

Hi:
I responded to this message and advised that it cannot be the hardware as I am burning disc with the drive, it is working correctly, I want to get rid of the error message that I see, Allen
Sounds good, I'd reach out to the hardware manufacturer for support.
