If this is a company email, simply reach out to your IT department and have them reset contact methods for your account:

I've change my phone to new one, I wanted to access my company email which was registered into the aunthenticator app , but I couldn't since if i wanted to register it again i need an authentication to access it which I already don't have it, where all the data on the old phone had been erased. How to fix it ? (Note that I had not backed up the data, so I can't retrieve it using email or something else)

@younes ahmad Thank you for reaching out to us, if you have alternate authentication setup for your account either voice or sms option, you can follow the steps mentioned in this video to register new phone on your account - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTwtosQkn6I
if no alternate options are set, then you need to contact the Global admin as mentioned above.
