Cannot login to Azure portal due to not being able to receive the second verification code

I subscribe Azure service using my Microsoft account (******@outlook.com)
When I try to login to Azure portal, I can successfully pass the first authentication process, but then I receive a second verification code prompt and cannot find anything in my Microsoft Authenticator App. I guess that I misconfigured the Azure AD with MFA and lock myself out. I am the only admin of this tenant, and I cannot open any online ticket due to not being able to login to Portal.
I have called 866-807-5850 over 10 times in the past two days and never be able to get connected.
I found a similar case in Q&A but these is no final solution till now.
What should I do?
