How do I uninstall Video Editor but Photos will not be uninstalled?

I want to keep the green photos,
but uninstall or disable the video editor in the red part,
Can it be done?

    Currently, this is not possible.

    However, you may open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and file a suggestion and request this functionality.

    You may download and install Microsoft Clipchamp from Microsoft Store and use that as default video editor.
