@GGGorast Welcome to Microsoft Q&A again and thank you for posting your here!
To understand your question, you were asking if you can find out azure services in use and cancel services not in use for past employee. So sorry for the inconvenience that might have caused you.
There are two options with these questions:
A. Do you subscribe to Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft 365?
B. Do you subscribe to Microsoft Azure?
The image provided does not have any of that information, irrespective of any of these services kindly follow the instructions below and read more from the link provided.
A. To cancel Microsoft Office 365 services for a past employee, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/adminportal/home#/users and enter your login credentials.
In the Microsoft 365 admin center, you will see active users, you can block the user or delete a user.
- You can also go to Azure Active Directory, In the Microsoft 365 admin center to remove the user.
In summary:
- Prevent the former employee from logging in and block access to Microsoft 365 services. This blocks your former employee from logging in to Microsoft 365 and prevents the person from accessing Microsoft 365 services.
- Save the contents of a former employee’s mailbox.
- Remove and delete the Microsoft 365 license from a former employee.
You can find more detailed information on how to perform these steps on the following Microsoft support page: Remove and delete the Microsoft 365 license from a former employee
- You can also unassign licenses from users by following these steps:
- From the admin center, select Users.
- Select the user you want to unassign licenses from.
In the Product licenses pane, slide the license indicator to Off position and then choose Assign to remove the license.
You can find more detailed information on how to perform these steps on the following Microsoft support page: Unassign Microsoft 365 licenses from users
B. Microsoft Azure: Manage Azure resources by using the Azure portal
Sign-in to the Azure portal.
In the left pane, select the Azure service.
Also, you can use Azure role-based access control (Azure RBAC) is the way that you manage access to resources in Azure. For more information, see Manage Azure resources by using the Azure portal
