@GGGorast Welcome to Microsoft Q&A again and thank you for posting your here!

To understand your question, you were asking if you can find out azure services in use and cancel services not in use for past employee. So sorry for the inconvenience that might have caused you.

There are two options with these questions:

    A. Do you subscribe to Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft 365?

    B. Do you subscribe to Microsoft Azure?

The image provided does not have any of that information, irrespective of any of these services kindly follow the instructions below and read more from the link provided.

    A. To cancel Microsoft Office 365 services for a past employee, you can follow the steps below:

    1. Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/adminportal/home#/users and enter your login credentials.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, you will see active users, you can block the user or delete a user.

    1. You can also go to Azure Active Directory, In the Microsoft 365 admin center to remove the user.

    In summary:

    • Prevent the former employee from logging in and block access to Microsoft 365 services. This blocks your former employee from logging in to Microsoft 365 and prevents the person from accessing Microsoft 365 services.
    • Save the contents of a former employee’s mailbox.
    • Remove and delete the Microsoft 365 license from a former employee.

You can find more detailed information on how to perform these steps on the following Microsoft support page: Remove and delete the Microsoft 365 license from a former employee

    • You can also unassign licenses from users by following these steps:
    • From the admin center, select Users.
    • Select the user you want to unassign licenses from.

In the Product licenses pane, slide the license indicator to Off position and then choose Assign to remove the license.

You can find more detailed information on how to perform these steps on the following Microsoft support page: Unassign Microsoft 365 licenses from users

    B. Microsoft Azure: Manage Azure resources by using the Azure portal

    Sign-in to the Azure portal.

In the left pane, select the Azure service.

Also, you can use Azure role-based access control (Azure RBAC) is the way that you manage access to resources in Azure. For more information, see Manage Azure resources by using the Azure portal

I hope this helps! If this answer solves your issue, please vote for it so other community members know that this is a quality answer. PS: Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards,

    Sina

    @GGGorast

Thank you for letting me know.

You can find all the services used by users on Azure portal by selecting All services from the sidebar. This will show you hundreds of applications and services from many providers here, all certified to run on Azure. You can also filter information and use different views to better understand your resources.

There are many ways you get this done, among many are the followings:

    1. Go to the Azure portal and sign in using one of the roles listed in the prerequisites. Browse to Azure Active Directory and select Enterprise applications. The All applications pane opens and displays a list of the applications in your Azure AD tenant.
    2. Use the Azure portal to search for and view the enterprise applications that are already configured in your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) tenant: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/view-applications-portal
    3. List Azure role assignments using the Azure portal: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/role-assignments-list-portal
    4. View and filter Azure resource information: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/manage-filter-resource-views

Finally, you can find users by services on Azure portal by following these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Select the service you want to view users for.
    3. Select Access control (IAM) from the left-hand menu.
    4. Select the Role assignments tab.
    5. Select the role you want to view users for.
    6. The list of users assigned to that role will be displayed.
    7. Remove the user that has left your organization.

You can also use the search bar at the top of the Azure portal to search for users by name or email address.

    I hope this helps!

    Good Success,

    Sina
