error 400 graph API closesession in excel

Please help with error 400 I am having when I am trying to close session for Excel file

I always receive the same error and I can never close a session. I tried using jwt.ms to decode the token but I don't see anything happening even after clicking on "Decoded Token":

Are there any news on this? It seems like a too basic function to not be working.
