My pay as you go subscription was disabled when my credit card was replaced by the bank. MS says that I need to pay the bill before I can reactivate it. I've done that but azure still says that I have an unpaid bill. When I click on 'pay it now' it shows that everything is paid. My website has been down for over 24 hours now and I can't figure out how to fix this. What do I do? www.spacespeak.com

    Hi,

In this instance you will need to contact Microsoft Billing team to sort out the account issue - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request#go-to-help--support-from-the-global-header
