Avoid Paying TAX

Hello folks.

I'm currently learning azure with a trial subscription that will be ending soon. Since I need to move to pay as you go to continue using the resources, I'd like to know, how can I avoid paying tax. I mean, since the azure account is only for learning purpose, I think it don't make sense paying 23% of fees. If it is not possible, does Azure provide any sandbox account for learning purposes ?

    You will need to pay whatever tax your country levies on software services, this is not avoidable and is nothing to do with Microsoft, but applied by your countries government.
