We are running Windows 2022. We noticed on our Hyper-V Servers that when we configure the value for Simultaneous live migrations, upon reboot the value gets reset to 1.
We enabled auditing on the registry key and noticed that the vmms.exe process is responsible for modifying the value.
Has anyone encountered this?

are you making the change directly on each Hyper-V host? Are they clustered or managed by a Virtual Machine Manager instance?
