deploying openai using ARM template

I'm trying to deployed an OpenAI cognitive service via an arm template. However I am getting the following error :-

{"code": "ResourceKindRequireAcceptTerms", "message": "This subscription cannot create CognitiveServices until you agree to Responsible AI terms for this resource. You can agree to Responsible AI terms by creating a resource through the Azure Portal then trying again. For more detail go to https://aka.ms/csrainotice"}

I've already successfully deployed a service with a different name via the Azure portal so I'm not sure how to get around this issue. Please advise,

Hello @Newton, Tim

The error message you are receiving indicates that you need to agree to the Responsible AI terms before you can create a Cognitive Services resource. This is a requirement for all Cognitive Services resources to ensure that they are used in a responsible and ethical manner.

To agree to the Responsible AI terms, you can follow these steps:

Go to the Azure portal and navigate to the Cognitive Services resource that you created successfully

Click on the "Overview" tab and scroll down to the "Legal terms" section.

Click on the "Review + create" button to review the terms.

Once you have reviewed the terms, click on the "Create" button to agree to the terms and create the resource.

After you have agreed to the Responsible AI terms, you should be able to create a new Cognitive Services resource using the ARM template without encountering the error message. If you still see the error message, please share the ARM template which looks like below -

thanks for the information, however when I navigate to the resource I created I am unable to see the "Legal terms" section. Here is a screenshot of what I see :
