SharePoinnt site issue

Question

"this page cant reach" error is coming , this is happening for almost all site collections.

and this issue is intermittent.

and this issue is intermittent.

Please let us know why it can be done

Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.

1, Please make sure your network is up and running, sometimes an unconnected network can cause this problem.

2, Please make sure that the page you want to visit exists, if the page is deleted by someone it will also cause this problem.

3, Please try to visit the page with a different browser or computer and see if the problem exists.

4，I noticed that you have "error code inet_e_download_failure" in your picture. This problem may be caused by the browser, you can follow this link to troubleshoot the browser problem:
