Hi,
I am BLOWN away that Microsoft does not have a support number. Here is my problem:
I need help. I cannot use Teams on my phone. I cannot change settings. I am paying Microsoft but I have no control.
Please help.

That does not work because when I log into my account admin it makes me open my authenticator app and when I open my authenticator app it ask me to authenticate on my authenticator app. It does not make any sense.
If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the 365 Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

I called the number and it will not let me get to an actual support person. This is insane. I cannot login into my account because the authenticator app will not work. I am paying for services I cannot use.
Do you have any other suggestion?
