Boot into BIOS and disable the Fast Boot function. Save & Exit. Reboot and recheck the issue.

We have a group of users that use a special Bloomberg keyboard. We are finding that that keyboard will not work on the bitlocker pin startup authentication screen during boot up. Is there a way to inject custom keyboard drivers into the pre-boot pin screen?
