Azure OpenAI - Error Completions call failed.

I have got an error as below at the chat session in th playground.

Quata is used 50%.

Any possibe reasion?

    Are you seeing this error for the first time? Was it working earlier? In which region is the resource located? If the deployment is successful and completions work successfully in the playground the API should continue to respond successfully. Is this a persistent error or only seen with few completions?
