I reinstalled the authenticator app but found that the accounts I had linked earlier before aren't there.

I reinstalled the authenticator app but found that the linked accounts are no more there. Is there a fix for this? Please help.

    Hi suman

    In authenticator setting you will see "cloud backup" option ,

    Kindly make sure you have back the accounts in cloud and your recovery mail is showing correct.

    Note : There are few case where even when you backup the account , it wont recover completely and may need to contact your security admin to give you QR code to register for MFA again , this happens mostly with Work accounts.
