One of our user lost his authenticator app installed device, he is using only that MFA method.

One of our domain user lost his authenticator app installed device, he is using only using Microsoft Authenticator App MFA method. He is the only global admin for that account. Other users have only user privileges for that account.

Now he is unable login into the azure account. May I know how to fix the issue without contacting Microsoft Support Team?

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850
