Language Studio project disappear

Can some assist with this issue. I just upgraded my language studio pricing tier in azure from free to standard.
After that, I lost my project created on [https://language.cognitive.azure.com/] language studio portal. The project just disappear and my bot is not running. I lost the custom questioning answering created as well
Can some please assist what could possibly happened and is there a way to retrieve the project

Yes, after switching the pricing tier in Azure portal it may take some time for the project to load. So, this might be the reason. Please try refreshing the language studio portal after couple of minutes and you should be able to find your old project.
I have reproduced this on my end and was able to find my old project after couple of minutes.
Please try these and let us know if you still face issues.

Note: I did not upgraded the tier.

I faced same issue some while back. we resolved it with the help of a support person. We noticed a 403 http status code from the developer tools on the dashboard, we then proceeded to Azure Portal on the networking section and added the IP address. Get your public IP from here https://whatismyipaddress.com/
After about 5-10 minutes the projects appeared.Hope this helps.
