SharePoint Server 2019 Error Event ID 3

Question

Whats the best way to resolve this error?

WebHost failed to process a request.
 Sender Information: System.ServiceModel.ServiceHostingEnvironment+HostingManager/12549444
 Exception: System.ServiceModel.ServiceActivationException: The service '/_vti_bin/SPARK/SPARKHttp/SPARKToken.svc' cannot be activated due to an exception during compilation.  The exception message is: Memory gates checking failed because the free memory (850042880 bytes) is less than 5% of total memory.  As a result, the service will not be available for incoming requests. This problem arises because the certain service takes up a lot of memory, resulting in not enough memory to execute this connection.

First, you can check the task manager, turn off the services that take up more memory, and try again.

Second, you can disable a memory checking from a Web Application and Restart IIS service.
