SCCM software reports missing certain titles

According to SCCM monitoring, I have over 200 installs of Litera Contract Companion and 300 installs of Litera Best Authority. Both register with Apps and Features on Windows 10.

However, the "All Windows Apps" and "Computers with a specific software registered in Add Remove Programs" reports do not list these titles. There are 291 pages of other software titles in these reports.

Both are 64bit titles that integrate with 64bit office. Does this report ignore 64bit software?

Fixing Asset Intelligence (enabled hardware inventory classes), it does show Best Authority in the list. I'm still not sure why it doesn't show up under "Software - Companies and Products". Thanks for your help.

No it does not ignore 64 bit titles. Is the software installed by the user and therefore only in their arp?

The key it shows up under is HKLM\Software\Microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall. HKCU is empty for the same key (no per-user installs).

I do appreciate the thought and that is a related missing feature in SCCM. (visibility of per-user apps). You'd think with a "install for user" option being present you'd have a good reporting mechanism for those type of installs.

I'll have to research what I'm missing for Asset Intelligence reports. 06B - Software by product name has no product names for selection in the drop down. I do have data in some of the other Asset Intelligence reports like 03A - Primary Computer Users
