Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification retry

Question

I did a Microsoft Certification and had a technical problem during the test. I sent a email to microsoft and they responded backs saying I can retry the certification once without needing to pay for it again. My problem is that when I go to schedule the certification, it sends me to the payment, which should be free.

The certification is Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
