How to fix User account does not exist in organization

I use oauth2/v2.0/token with ropc,but got this response:

AADSTS700056: User account does not exist in organization.\r\nTrace ID: b52b7526-c80f-4745-8462-da01687e0600\r\nCorrelation ID: 3ec5c9da-e1e0-4185-998a-6738477ebe9c\r\nTimestamp: 2023-06-14 01:30:34Z

how to add to organization?

    Hello @严炜 陈 , the AADSTS700056 error is being thrown due to trying to sign-in with a personal account (outlook.com, hotmail.com, etc) or a work account from an external tenant. Both are not supported by the ROPC flow. In order to sign-in you will have to use a local (to your tenant) account or an external account added to yout tenant as a guest.
