No response from student verification

Question

Hey Microsoft!

I'd applied for student verification for discount Microsoft Fundamentals certification a few days back and have still not received any reply whereas all my colleagues got the verification mail within minutes of submission. When reapplying for the same it shows "You might've already applied for verification using this mail. If this is an error please contact support". Please help me figure out a solution for this.
