How to troubleshoot DataCollection in Azure Monitor ?

I have few servers which are Installed with Azure Monitor Agent, few of them are receiving Heartbeat but no DataCollection is happening in Perf table, even though I have checked the DCR and Workspace Retention Period, this is happening, though I checked the Server at the OS level it is not even in Hung state, what possibly could be the reason here ?
