How to upgrade SCCM 2207 to 2211 from cmd

Question

My SQL database is correct, but I can't start connexion with my Console SCCM to Database.

I receive this message "tha database must be restored before...." and the console start just with componenet "Administration "

To upgrade SCCM 2207 to 2211 from cmd, you can follow the below steps:

1. Download the update 2211 from the Microsoft website.
2. Open the SCCM console, go to the “Administration” workspace, and select “Cloud Services” and then click on the “Updates and Servicing” option.
3. Right-click on the update 2211 and select the option “Download.”
4. After the update package is downloaded, open the command prompt and navigate to the folder containing the update package.
5. Run the command “CMUpdate.exe /silent /noprogress” to install the update silently.
6. Wait for the installation to complete.

Hello Aziz Rachid,

I would suggest to you to check first the health of your ConfigMgr database, with checking the related services, logs. Also try connecting to the CMDB using SSMS tool.

If everthing is fine on DB side, maybe try to recover the site or DB, for more details:
