I can't access Azure OpenAI resources on the portal

When I access Resource management

Keep telling me the same thing

I think it started today. I didn't log in yesterday

Thanks for reaching out to us again, I just escalated to product team and got confirmation there is an outage for Cognitive Service - OpenAI in East US region, it is already under fixing. I will let you know once I got confirmation the outage has been mitigated.
