Not able to login on other devices due to loss of phone number and authentication app

Question

Hello I changed numbers and devices and no longer can access my email or xbox account from other devices due to the 2 step and authentication app. When ever I try to log in it wants me to approve it with in the authentication app or by text which I do not have access to either. I submitted a form to change the number but It takes 30 days is there anyway I could speed up this or maybe get them to disable the 2 step for me.
