Hi,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
It seems that you are trying to reset the configuration of your SCCM version 2207, but you are facing an error that says "this site's database must be restored on the select SQL server before reset can continue". This error can occur when the Configuration Manager site database is not available or is not accessible.
To resolve this issue, you need to restore the Configuration Manager site database. (For your data security, it is recommended to take a backup of your site database before you attempt to reset the site.)
To restore the Configuration Manager site database, you can follow the below steps:
- Connect to the SQL Server that hosts the Configuration Manager site database.
- Restore the Configuration Manager site database from the backup.
- After the database is restored, run the SCCM setup and select the option to Reset site with no configuration changes.
- Select the restored Configuration Manager site database on the SQL Server and complete the reset process.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

Simon
