I am having trouble accessing our volume licensed software on portal.office.com. My manager sent me a link to the site and when I follow the link,

    Take care that you have to use the same Account (******@domain.com) to login to admin.microsoft.com as youre company had used before accessing the VLSC (Volume Licensing Portal).
