Can't transfer domain to another Azure account

Hi,

I can not transfer my domain to my new Azure account.

  • There are no locks on the Azure App Service Domain.
  • The domain was renewed on September 23, 2022
  • Domain lock is OFF
  • Domain Privacy is deactivated
  • Domains By Proxy was removed
  • Can't remove Domain Protection
    • I receive this: We've removed Ownership Protection from your domain. This may take a minute or two to update on your account.
    • But every time I refresh it still shows the "Remove Domain Protection" button
    What is the issue? Thank you
