10.24.78.26 is windows server 2019 standard and now can't remote 1024.84.55

Our office network needs to be remotely connected to the production equipment (10.24.84.55), using the springboard machine (10.24.78.26) in the middle.
Now the springboard machine cannot remotely connect to the production equipment. The attachment is the error log.
The equipment on the production line can be remote to each other (10.24.84.55 can be remote to 10.24.84.56)

We have two problems.
1), the springboard machine cannot be remotely connected to the production equipment.
I did the following operations on the springboard machine,
(1), modify the registry---Change the protection level to vulnerable from Registry Editor.
(2), Change the protection level to vulnerable from Group Policy.
But can't solve the problem.
2) We want to increase the number of production devices that can be remote at the same timeMicrosoftTeams-image

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

This looks to be more issue with Firewall or at Network level.

Please check if the port 3389 is allowed between subnet 10.24.84.<> and 10.24.78.<> and you are able to Telnet.

Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
