Why am I unable to reschedule exam DP-500

I am unable to reschedule exam DP-500. Unable to proceed as below URL is not loading:

I tried a lot but its not getting rescheduled and I might lose my chance because of this technical error. Kindly help me asap as I have only 5-6 hours left to reschedule
