I am unable to take the scheduled SC 400 exam

I logged in early for the SC-400 exam, precisely on 14/06/2023 at 07:15 PM. I completed the check-in process as instructed, and in the final step, while waiting for the exam, the instructor named Alim advised me to restart my computer and log in again. I followed the instructions exactly, after I made the check-in my exam, the instructor said to restart the computer and log in again, but after restarting the computer the Pearson vue page only displays a message that the check-in is not available anymore. So I didn't even have the chance to start the exam.Certifications: SC-400
