How to handle Azure front door setting for multiple API in backend pool

I have multiple app services (API) and web-app is communicating with these API. I configured azure front door however, i am receiving errors for GET HEAD continuity. Question is do i have to add all APIs or just one API that communicate with web-app ?

- Could you please provide some more details on your existing setup and requirement?
- How is your Front Door currently setup and what is the exact error you are receiving?
- What is the actual requirement and is your web app interacting/communicating with multiple APIs or a single API?
