Suddenly, the subscription service was discontinued.

I have been receiving this Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription through my Microsoft MVP benefits. However, this subscription seems to have been suspended since a few days ago, and I urgently want it reactivated.

I also spoke with someone from mvpazsup@microsoft.com prior to this inquiry and was told to contact Azure.

But I can't find my case in the Azure Contact Us section, how can I get help?
