Is there a way to find out if the Form Recognizer API is down? In the Form recognizer Studio, the test takes around 7 seconds. When calling the Form Recognizer with API Call 3.0 it sometimes is stuck for 2 hours. This whole morning I have not received a response from form recognizer API.
After 2 hours, I get the following response:

Are they up now? Mine are still down, when I try to run them they load forever (no error).
No, one weekend later, API still no responding. WTF
Responsible Microsoft Guy seems to have worked it out on Monday after the weekend. Back to working
