Microsoft word error picture

Question

As you can see, my image doesn't appear and instead the text appears inside the image. the pictures can't be seen and sometimes the paragraphs that I have made are invisible too as if they are covered with something. Is there a problem with my hard disk security too? please explain and solution, thank you
