Hello,

My company recently switched our Polycom phones from Elevate to Teams. I have been trying to transfer incoming calls to my coworkers voicemail but the transfer always fails. I have reached out to Polycom as well and trying to see if there's anything on their side. I was wondering if there is a setting in Teams Admin Center I need to turn on to make it work?

To transfer a call to voicemail in Teams admin center, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open the Teams admin center and go to the "Voice" section.
    2. Click on "Call queues" or "Auto attendants" depending on which one you want to configure.
    3. Select the call queue or auto attendant that you want to configure.
    4. Go to the "Greetings" tab and click on "Voicemail" under "When callers can't reach anyone."
    5. Click on "Save" to apply the changes.

This will transfer the call to voicemail when the caller can't reach anyone.
