How can I reduce Hard-Faults during startup?

Question

Hi,
I had this wicked EvilGenius idea of taking a Cisco UCS C200 M2 rack computer and turn it inty my PC!
It has 2 physical CPUs running at 2.5GHz which pack 24 logical CPUs. It has 200GB of DDR3 RAM running on 12 memory cards with 6 data buses. It has UltraSCSI card with 4 SAS drives and 16GB of cache and I've seen it top at 25GB/s! I even stuffed a GTX 1650 card into it by modifying a riser module and attacking the chassis with a hack saw and duct-tape! :/
