Hi, I took the AI-900 exam on June 17th and the proctor conducted a thorough check of my workspace and desk. However, during the exam, the proctor alleged that I was looking off-screen and when asked for clarification, she could not provide one. I am not sure what off-screen even means, and this has left me feeling frustrated. Is there any recourse available to me as my exam has been revoked without proper justification? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
