There is a user already have office 365 email access.

I need to do auto case creation when an email send to this email.

For that, I use this user's existing queue and mailbox configuration.

In CRM, this user's mailbox was not activated yet.

Do we need to activate his mailbox in CRM even though he has office 365 email access ?

I am having confusion between office 365 email access and CRM mailbox configuration. Can you please clarify me ?

    Hi @Anandh R

Are you using Dynamic 365 as MS CRM?

If yes, since this issue is more related to Dynamic 365, I would suggest posting in the corresponding support forum for better support.

    Thanks for your understanding.
