i am unable to verify my student verification

Question

I am Arman Ali Khan a CSE undergrad at Siksha O Anusandhan, I want to get Az-900 (fundamentals) certified for that I have asked for verification and also submitted my student id card as well but it is showing cannot verify you message, screenshot and my verification id attach below..
